“Triple-W” (RX & SC DIVISIONS)
AMRAP 4:
   8 wall-balls   
   4 wall-walks

 
Wall-balls: 20# for all men, 14# for all women. Movement standards video here.
Wall-walks: Hand-release, chest & thighs to floor, nose & toes to wall, chest & thighs to floor, hand-release. Feet must walk down from wall below the 60” line before drop. Movement standards video here.
Execution: Two teammates take turns completing full rounds. Only two teammates will be in this AMRAP. The two teammates will physically tag each other in and out after each round. The third teammate sits out the entire AMRAP.

“Double-C” (SC DIVISION)
AMRAP 4:

   4 pull-ups (C2B/COB)


Hang Squat Cleans: 115/75. Movement standards video here.
Pull-Ups: Chest-to-bar for boys, chin-over-bar for girls. Movement standards video here.
Execution: Two teammates take turns completing full rounds. Only two teammates will be in this AMRAP. The two teammates will physically tag each other in and out after each round. The third teammate sits out the entire AMRAP.

“Triple-B”
AMRAP 5:
   8 calorie bike
   8 buddy burpees (over planking third teammate)


Note: It IS accurate that the number schemes are a little different here; it IS 8 & 8 for reps, and a 5-minute AMRAP (the previous two are 4 minutes each).
Execution: Two teammates take turns completing full rounds; (one "working teammate", one "resting teammate". The two teammates will physically tag each other in and out after each round. The third teammate is plank-only for this AMRAP. The resting teammate is responsible for resetting the bike to zero each round when his/her teammate is doing burpees; ie, “momentum calories” do not count here.

Scoring: Each AMRAP is a separately scored event- so essentially, the above describes three events, NOT just one. There will be one score for "Triple-W", one score for "Double-C", one score for "Triple-B".
